Understanding our refund terms for trading card game products
ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL IN SALE. Due to the nature of these items, no returns or exchanges will be allowed.
Trading card games and collectibles have unique characteristics that make them unsuitable for traditional return policies:
Card packs and boxes must remain sealed to maintain their value and authenticity. Once opened, the contents can be altered or tampered with.
TCG products have variable market values that can change rapidly based on pack contents, meta changes, and market demand.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that may have been handled or exposed to contaminants.
We cannot verify the authenticity of returned products, protecting both our business and future customers from potential counterfeits.
By making any purchase, you accept that you've read and agree to our Terms of Service and may not dispute the transaction with the institution (bank, credit card, debit card, etc.) through which you made the purchase.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after purchase may result in account suspension and potential legal action. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns.
While our general policy is final sale, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:
Products damaged during shipping (with photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
If we shipped an incorrect product (must be reported within 48 hours and product must be unopened)
Manufacturing defects (sealed products with visible damage to packaging or contents)
All exceptions must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Contact us immediately if you believe your situation qualifies for an exception.
