
Understanding our order cancellation terms and procedures
ALL CANCELLED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% PROCESSING & RESTOCKING FEE (unless otherwise stated in the product description) WHEN REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
Once an order has been placed, individual items cannot be removed. The entire order must be cancelled if changes are needed.
Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our facility.

We aim to respond to cancellation requests within 2-4 hours during business hours
Approved cancellations are processed within 1-2 business days
Refunds appear on your payment method within 3-7 business days (less the 15% processing fee)
